Fitton Insurance Brokers Australia Pty Ltd (trading as Fitton Insurance Brokers; "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal information, and how you can access it or make a complaint.

What we collect

When you submit a quote or guide enquiry through our website, or otherwise deal with us, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, street address, and the answers you give about your insurance situation, assets and needs. Where the law requires it, we will only send you marketing communications with your consent. In line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), every marketing email or SMS we send includes a simple way to unsubscribe. You can opt out of marketing at any time, and that choice will not affect the servicing of your existing policies. These tools may collect information such as your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location. This information is used in aggregate and we do not use it to personally identify you. When you first visit, a consent notice lets you accept or decline non-essential tracking.
