Fitton Insurance Brokers Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 90 010 987 489) holds Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) No. 264671. Under this licence we are authorised to provide general financial product advice and to deal in general insurance products. We arrange general insurance cover on your behalf and assist you with claims. We do not provide personal financial advice, taxation advice, or advice on life insurance, superannuation or investment products.
Professional indemnity insurance
Fitton Insurance Brokers Australia Pty Ltd maintains professional indemnity (PI) insurance that satisfies the compensation arrangement requirements for retail clients under section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). This PI cover is subject to its terms and conditions and extends to claims in relation to the conduct of representatives and employees who no longer work for us (but who did at the relevant time).

Complaints & dispute resolution
We follow ASIC Regulatory Guide 271. We aim to resolve complaints quickly and will respond in writing within 30 calendar days.
